Elf Fun Run

All the children in Years 1 and 2 greatly enjoyed their Elf Fun Run today.  Children in Reception and Years 3 to 6 will be doing this on Monday and they are welcome to wear elf or Christmas head wear with their school uniform for the event (self made or purchased).  A donation of £1 is suggested for taking part and this money will be collected for Brian House Children’s Hospice.

Reception Gazette Photos

All Reception photo orders should be handed in to the office by Monday, 4th December.

Times Table Rockstars

We will be launching this maths website ( over the next few weeks in school.  All children will receive a log in and password which they will be able to use at home as well as in school.  The site allows them to practice their times tables and earn rewards in school too, when appropriate.  The children will be given full instructions in school before they bring their passwords home.

Flu Inoculations

All children from Reception to Year 4 will be given their flu inoculations on Wednesday, 6th December, if permission has been given.  If you gave permission but your child has now had the inoculation elsewhere, please inform us in writing so their name can be removed from our lists.

Welfare Vacancy

We currently have a vacancy to join our Welfare team to supervise lunchtimes from 11.50 am to 1 pm, Monday to Friday.  Please contact the Infant Office for further details and an application form.

Messages for Teachers

If you wish to pass a message to the class teacher please put a note in your child’s bag or reading diary.

Toy Cars

We would be grateful for the donation of any small toy cars for children to play with at lunchtimes.
