Spanish Postcard

This week’s Spanish postcard has been sent to Lexie in 6JR for her outstanding effort in making a tourist information leaflet about Blackpool, which included outstanding sentences.

Book Week

As part of Book Week, children are being asked to dress as a book character on Thursday, 22nd March.

Year 1 Parents’ Pirate Phonics 

Family Learning will be running a phonics course for parents of children in Year 1.  This free, 4 week course starts on Thursday, 1st March, and you will learn to help your child with reading and writing through fun activities.  The course runs from 9.00 to 11.00 each week and there are still a few places available.  Please contact the Infant Office if you would like to attend.

Easter Lunch

There will be an Easter Lunch on Wednesday, 21st March, which will consist of roast chicken dinner or tomato and cheese pasta.  If your child does not usually have a school dinner but would like to have this one, please book on Parent Pay by 11th March.  Please note that you need to book the dinner for the day as well as assigning payment to the dinner service if appropriate.

After School Taekwondo Club At Stanley School
