The DfE have arranged for all staff in primary schools to be tested for Covid-19 using home lateral flow test kits. This testing is to help identify those people who might be infected with Covid-19 without knowing.
With regular asymptomatic testing the likelihood of closing a bubble in school will increase. Please understand that this may mean that your child’s bubble has to close and they will be unable to attend school as they will have been identified as a close contact (this is likely to be for a period of 10 days).
As testing takes place on Sunday and Wednesday evenings you will be notified by text message as soon as possible.
