Attendance

This week’s winners are:

2G     99.64%          1KG    97.24%         RB    96.67%
3M    99.29%          3O      98.71%          5P    98.62%

Well done to Class 4A who had no lates this week but there were a total of 98 lates recorded over the week and no classes achieved 100% attendance which is disappointing.

Please make sure your child arrives at school in good time every morning, as lessons start promptly at 9.00 am and late arrival means your child misses out on their education and disrupts the rest of the class.

Key Stage 2 NSPCC Number Day

We are delighted to announce that a total amount of £453.08 was raised last week for the NSPCC. A huge thank you to all who were involved.

After School Clubs

All after school clubs for the new half term are now available to book on Parent Pay. They all have a maximum number so book early to avoid disappointment.

Performances within School

All children have brought letters home regarding performances within school as follows:-

  • Infants – Hobgoblin Theatre Productions performance of Jack & the Beanstalk on Thursday 12th March 2020
  • Juniors – M & M Theatre Productions performance of A Wizard of Oz on Friday 13th March 2020

These productions are available to be booked and paid for on Parent Pay – please do not send any money into school. If you need a Parent Pay activation/barcoded letter to pay at a Pay Point store please contact the school office upon our return after half term.

Jumble Sale & Auction

Marton United Reform Church (across from school) are holding a jumble sale and auction on Wednesday 19th February at 6.30 pm. All are welcome.

Head Lice

We have been made aware of some cases of head lice/nits in the school.

Half term is the perfect opportunity to treat your child’s hair as a precaution to ensure they are not housing any lice/eggs.
