Book Week

Thank you for all the lovely costumes today which made a great end to Book Week.  The children have enjoyed all the extra activities this week, especially the theatre performances and we would thank all the parents who contributed towards these.  Without your generosity we would not be able to enhance the curriculum in this manner.  It is still possible to make a donation of £2.50 through the Parent Pay system if you have not already done so.  As always, our thanks go to Ms McCarthy and all the staff for their hard work to make Book Week such a success.

Open Day at Blackpool Sports Centre

There will be an Open Day this Sunday, 17th March, at Blackpool Sports Centre from 10 am until 4.00 pm.  There will be various free sports to try for all ages.  You can just turn up on the day or book an activity in advance.

School Dinner Costs

From Tuesday, 23rd April, 2019, the cost of school dinners will increase to £2.30 per day.  All bookings and payments should still be made one school week in advance on Parent Pay.  All Infant children will continue to receive a free school meal under the Universal Free School Meal Scheme.

Trouser Appeal

We are much in need of small boys’ trousers (ie 4 to 6 years) if you have any at home that your child has grown out of.  If your child comes home in a spare pair of trousers, please could you wash these and return to school as soon as possible.
