The School Day
Our school doors open at 8.35am for a 8.45am registration and our school day ends at 3.15pm. This is a total of 32.5 hours per week.
Reception
- Doors open 8.35am – direct access to class
- Registration 8.45am
- Lunch 12.00pm - 1.00pm
- End of day 3.15pm
- Children have natural breaks and outdoor play throughout the day.
Years 1 and 2 (Key stage 1)
- Doors open 8.35am
- Registration 8.45am
- Morning break 15 minutes
- Lunch 12.00pm – 1.00pm (Year 1)
- Lunch 12.30pm - 1.30pm (Year 2)
- Registration 1.00pm/1.30pm
- Afternoon break 10 minutes
- Assembly 3.00pm
- End of day 3.15pm
Years 3 to 6 (Key stage 2)
- Doors open 8.35am
- Registration 8.45am
- Morning break 15 minutes
- Lunch 12.00pm – 1.00pm (Year 3 and Year 4)

Before, After school & Holiday Care
The school enjoys a close relationship with Stanley Scamps O.S.C. based in Marton United Reformed Church, who offer breakfast and after school clubs, along with holiday clubs.

Breaks
All children are provided with a free piece of fruit or veg daily and a free carton of milk daily through the Blackpool Council Breakfast Scheme. In addition to this, children have access to water fountains or can bring their own sports-style bottle of water into school.
Lunch
Children can choose a school meal or a packed lunch. As we are encouraging healthy eating we ask that packed lunches reflect this with no chocolate or fizzy drinks. Glass bottles are not permitted. If you choose a school meal, payment is required one school week in advance through the Parent Pay system.
