Welcome to Year 5

We would like to welcome all children and parents/carers to Year 5! In Year 5, we have the role of preparing children for their final few years of primary school, helping to build resilience and confidence.  It is an important year for progress and independence in our children; a year to embed all of the knowledge learnt in Lower Key Stage 2; a year to start the preparations for transition to secondary school.  Our learning journey this school year will include some new, exciting topics and opportunities for lots of learning - we will work hard but have fun and be really creative along the way.  We are looking forward to sharing all this with you, and are grateful for your continued support.
