History Day in Y5

Class: Year 5 Year: 2024 - 2025

On Friday 8th November we had War Day in school.  We all dressed up in costumes and in Year 5 we learned especially about rationing.  We created ration books full of facts, some propaganda posters to encourage people to use their rations wisely, and then made beautiful pieces of Art showing poppies and scenes from poppy fields, like Flanders.
