Pre-Planned Absences During Term Time
For any pre-planned absence requests during term time, we require an Absence Request Form to be completed by parents/carers for the child involved.
This could be an absence for, but not limited to: a holiday, a family ceremony (wedding, funeral, christening), a sporting event/exam etc. With this form completed we can make sure that the school register is accurate, using the correct code for the absence.
If your child requires time away from school for any reason, please complete the below form and email it over to us at admin@stanley.blackpool.sch.uk.
